DKD Global Terms
and Conditions for Website Usage
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DKD Global (“DKD Global”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website and services. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting consultation, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
DKD Global provides consulting and administrative support for citizenship, residency, visa, and global mobility programs. Our services may include eligibility review, document guidance, application file preparation, form completion support, submission coordination through authorized channels, and follow-up communication with relevant parties when applicable. We do not guarantee approval, issuance of visas, residency, citizenship, or any outcome decided by authorities. Final decisions are made solely by official government bodies, embassies, consulates, and authorized program operators.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. You must ensure that all submitted documents are valid, authentic, and up to date. You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, incomplete, or altered documents may result in refusal, rejection, delays, or legal consequences, and DKD Global will not be liable for such outcomes. You must respond promptly to requests for information, additional documents, or clarifications during the process.
PAYMENTS
All payments are due in advance as stated in the service invoice or checkout flow. If a payment is not received, is reversed, or a payment method is declined, you acknowledge that the service may be paused, postponed, or cancelled, and your request may not be processed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, service work begins only after payment is confirmed.
FEES, THIRD-PARTY COSTS, AND GOVERNMENT CHARGES
Service fees paid to DKD Global are separate from official government fees, embassy fees, biometric fees, translation costs, courier fees, legalization or notarization costs, medical test fees, and any other third-party charges. Any third-party or government fees are payable by you directly unless explicitly stated otherwise. DKD Global is not responsible for changes to government fees, program pricing, timelines, or document requirements introduced by authorities.
REFUNDS
Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, documents have been reviewed, guidance has been delivered, or any portion of the service has been provided. Refunds or payment exemptions may be considered only if there is a proven processing error caused solely by DKD Global that directly prevents service delivery, or if an official authority confirms that a DKD Global processing error materially impacted the submission. If you choose to stop the process, do not provide required documents, or withdraw after the service has commenced, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund.
WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION
You may request to withdraw from a process at any time. However, you acknowledge that withdrawal may not be possible once submissions are made, and any withdrawal may result in forfeiture of fees already paid, including third-party or government costs. DKD Global may cancel or refuse service if you fail to provide necessary information, do not respond within reasonable timeframes, or if there are compliance concerns related to document authenticity or lawful use of the service.
TIMELINES AND DELAYS
Processing times vary by country, program, and authority. Any time estimates provided by DKD Global are approximate and for guidance only. Delays may occur due to third-party processing, government backlogs, security checks, appointment availability, policy changes, or additional document requests. DKD Global is not liable for delays or losses resulting from factors outside our control.
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
DKD Global does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or issuance of visas, residency permits, citizenship, passports, or any related benefits. Outcomes depend on the applicant’s eligibility, documentation, background checks, and the discretion of official authorities. You acknowledge that all decisions are made by third parties, and DKD Global is not responsible for unfavorable outcomes.
COMMUNICATION AND UPDATES
We may communicate with you through email, phone, messaging platforms, or other channels you provide. You agree to maintain updated contact details and remain reachable for required confirmations. You acknowledge that failure to respond may result in rejection, cancellation, or missed deadlines.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, designs, branding, and materials provided by DKD Global, is owned by DKD Global or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DKD Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, rejection outcomes, travel losses, or delays. Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to DKD Global for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We handle client information with care and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to share confidential documents, pricing, internal guidance, or proprietary communication publicly without permission.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational needs. The latest version will be published on our website and becomes effective from the date of publication. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
GOVERNING PRINCIPLES
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a lawful manner consistent with applicable regulations governing online services and consulting activities. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
